A singer, songwriter, actress and film director, the multifaceted Madonna has just added a new job to her extensive resume by the end of her first screenplay, which would begin filming soon.
According to British newspaper Daily Mail, this brand new project of the Queen of Pop would be “WE” and open a new facet to this restless artist who is not afraid of challenges.
According to reports, the story would focus on a woman named Wally Winthrop, a name given because of her grandmother’s passion for the romance between Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson, better known as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.
The plot, then, had something to do with the Royal Family and the abdication that Eduardo had to do to be with the woman he loved.
Madonna’s plan is to start soon with the preproduction of the film, to take herself to the big screen in her second venture as director after her criticism “Filth and Wisdom”.
The British press suggested even that the diva would have asked nothing less than professional advice to ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, and Alex Keshishian, the director of the documentary “In bed with Madonna”.
